    And I also want to answer to the cash bar at a wedding- NOT ok. People attending your wedding are guests. They've bought you a nice gift, maybe traveled to be there, even got a hotel room perhaps. If you can't afford to serve alcohol to your guests don't serve it, but a cash bar is so tacky.

    Ok, now that I've got that out of my system... asking your friend who is driving to turn the air conditioner on or off

    NOT ok- people do it on planes all the time. And while we're talking about planes...
    Saying "sorry, no" to someone who asks you to change seats so they can sit by their boyfriend/girlfriend when you paid for the specific seat you wanted
