Furry workout buddies!

Mostly because I want to see the cute pupper pics, who works out with their four legged friends?

When I'm walking I take both, Charlie and Edward,but if I'm running I only take Edward because his pace matches mine so well.

    Charlie is a staffie X Springer spaniel, so I guess in America they'd call him a pibble? He has a whole body wag!

    Edward is a boxer X mastiff, which is called a boxmas. He's just a tank. I don't ever have to worry about being a woman running alone when he's there!

    Both are rescues. :)

    Beautiful dogs!

    Only one of my two ventures into the basement where my home gym is. This is a good thing since they can be a bit competitive for attention. Long ago she had a nasty habit of wandering under the barbell when I was deadlifting :o so I made her back off a bit and now she doesn't usually bother to come downstairs.

    Charlie loves to get under the ba too! He also likes to crawl under yoga poses, or imitate them so that I collapse with giggles.
    Edward just tries to savage the punchbag whenever it dares to get in the way of my fists.

    Not always the best workout buddies, perhaps...

    Frequently comes downstairs to see what I'm up to when I strength train in the basement. And he's been known to climb on my chest when I'm doing my neck extensions as part of my warmup.

    ...Cuddly little 14lb weight.

    Queen Big Butt packing in over 20lbs of booty, fat, fluff, & fur...
    She's not into cardio anymore...she says it makes her catabolic (****-in' cat puns).
    Her goal is to maximize the booty & gain instagram butt fame/recognition

    Yeah, she's a big girl with some mighty strong "thumpers"...she'll jack@$$ kick you if you don't hold her properly with both arms. Really though, she's a very well behaved spoiled big butt cat & does not look for trouble
