Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week:Weight up slightly from last week. I guess this is my normal 131-132 well within my range. I still would like to see 130 although considering I was 330+ a few years ago, a family member told me I should be proud of want I have accomplished. Sometimes I feel like I have to keep pushing myself so I don't go back to that weight. Does anyone else ever feel that way?5 -

Success of the week: This is really starting to look like maintenance, and it's right at my revised goal weight and smack in the middle of my revised goal range. I'm actually even smack in the middle of my ORIGINAL maintenance range. I would still like to get back to my original goal. It's just a couple pounds lower, but those two pounds have proven difficult. I'm not beating myself up about it, and I'm fine with the revised goals because they make it easier for me to feel successful where I am.
Struggle of the week: Tacos. I had to run to another city to do some errands, and I met my ex for tacos. One of the specials was calamari. Calamari taco? Hell yeah. I also got an adobada and treated myself to a strawberry-jalapeno margarita. My ex got chips and guac to share. The only bummer is this particular taco shop isn't as good as it used to be, so I didn't enjoy my lunch as much as I should. Also my shoulder is still keeping me from bike commuting. I bet if I got in that hour per day on the bike, those last two pounds would vanish from my mass and go somewhere else.

Yes, i certainly do. Lost around 75lbs, 230 ish at my heaviest. It's definitely feels like it, and I'm almost 3 years into maintenance. Looks like you are doing a great job though, congratulations!2 -

Success(es)/struggles of the week: I was out and about on Tuesday and Wednesday, involving travelling about 6 hours each day (mostly being driven by someone else) and “picnic” lunches, lots of bread and pastry. And cake! Two days quietly at home then a day out on Saturday with a meal out in the evening. As a result my weight has fluctuated wildly all week, down to 47.7 and back up to 48.2 this morning.
I’ve got Libra on my phone now so I can see the graph and the trend which is now at 48.3 but going down again. Like @pkweier I worry about gaining weight but I also need to stop losing weight. This is so difficult!Name: Pam

Successes/struggles: all struggle this week, which is ironic as I’m off work and thought I’d find it easier but turns out without routine and, crucially, childcare, I don’t do so well! Limited exercise, lots of mindless eating and here I am! Still within range but it’s the behaviours rather than the number that bothers me. Anyway, I now have some childcare again and have got a good long run in this morning to clear my head. Going to focus on the behaviours not the scale over the next few days and trust the process.

We are going camping this weekend (not a fan) and it's going to be tough to keep on track. I haven't been consistent with my food diary either. For me, timely logging my food its key otherwise working from memory it's never accurate. I hope you guys have a good week.3 -

Success of the week: Even though my July average is up from June, I think I am firmly back in maintenance, and it's looking like I may be able to retire my "revised goal weight and range" and settle back in where I originally intended. I had a big spike in early June, but it's coming back down.
Struggle of the week: Melons and figs. Watermelon and cantaloupe from Hermiston are in. I've been indulging. My fig trees are producing delicious treats. Mmmmm.
