Hello everyone! Welcome to the third three-month pick-your-own-difficulty challenge. No need to have participated in the last two challenges to join this one. Just post that you're joining and boom, you've joined!

If you join on August 1st, then you will end on November 1st.
If you join on August 2nd, then you will end on November 2nd.
So on, so forth!

You get to choose how much weight you want to lose within this three month period.

Level 1 - 5 pounds ★
Level 2 - 10 pounds ★★
Level 3 - 15 pounds ★★★
Level 4 - 20 pounds ★★★★
Level 5 - 25 pounds ★★★★★

    I'm in again. Trying again for my 135 lb (normal BMI goal). Will weigh in on Friday but should be looking in the 12-15 lb range.

    Other goals:
    A1C 6.0 (type 2 diabetic here, the A1C test measures long term blood sugar)
    12 min mile 5k run on Nov 2

    Hi All, This is my fourth MFP challenge. My goal this round is to drop 10lbs of FAT. 😋 I started bodyweight exercises during the last round and I'm pretty sure I've gained some muscle. Overall I'm focused on getting leaner, while getting stronger and generally more fit. I love the motivation we inspire in one another and know this challenge will be 'fun'. Please share the details of your journey and comment on others' ups and downs. The more we learn from and support one another the better!
