I have a NSV! Got my quarterly blood work back and A1C is down a little (6.6) and cholesterol #s are in the good range. Good to know even if I didn't lose weight in last 3 month challenge my diabetes is still under control. π
Now hopefully this challenge I'll see results all around!8 -
