Please can I join? I started dieting on 1st August, but I've only just seen this thread. I would really like to pick Level 3, but I'm going to stay realistic and try for Level 2 for now. November 1st is my birthday and I’m hoping to be at my goal of 170 by then. 170 is the weight my doctor wants me to be at. But I’m planning on going lower to have some breathing room.3 -
Trying to be excellent. Eat 3 to 5 veggies per day. Started doing aerobics with weight intervals, The Firm 3 x per week.
Walking my dog 2 or 3 days for 2.6 miles or elliptical 60 minutes. Can I just say, I am really sore! This is tough! Just trying to lose fat and get into a shape I like. There are so many people on here trying too! Way to go all of us! I am on the 5 star plan. Got to be motivated!!!4 -
