    August 08: 195.8 I have worked hard this past week & am keeping the slip-ups more in control. However, I’ll never be perfect so I am just happy to continue the losses, no matter how big or small! This week was a good week.
    August 15: 195.4. I’m grinning ear to ear to see continued downward trend. Hard work is paying off!
    August 22: 196.2 Went up higher yet, but I’ve dropped it back down a bit. On my way to better, bolder, brighter, beautiful!

    In August I lost 5.2. I really need to ramp things up for this month. I keep getting SO tired! Was at the doc's to get it checked out. Probably low iron again!
