    3 months til my birthday in Nov. SW 250 GW 205. 1300 cal. a day and 30 min. exercise.

    Just a bit concerned for you regarding your daily calories = 1300, which seems really low.
    I'm wicked short 4'11" and 116# and my daily calorie allotment is 1400+/day.


    What does your doctor or nutritionist suggest?

    Weekly update...

    Took a week to recover from excess in week 2, but I'm back on track again. My goal is to make my weight loss, and improved fitness, sustainable; so ups and downs are expected. Sooo... off to a slow start, but I'll take it!

    I scheduled my gym WO in like they're doctor appts, not something that I could miss.
    Once you're at the gym, you will totally do it!!!
