    Hi All, This is my fourth MFP challenge. My goal this round is to drop 10lbs of FAT. 😋 I started bodyweight exercises during the last round and I'm pretty sure I've gained some muscle. Overall I'm focused on getting leaner, while getting stronger and generally more fit. I love the motivation we inspire in one another and know this challenge will be 'fun'. Please share the details of your journey and comment on others' ups and downs. The more we learn from and support one another the better!
