    July 1 - 211.2 (+1.2) - I still dunno what's going on. Today I'm restarting and have all my food logged! I am saying NO to the pantry and will not snack after dinner! I'm still thinking I'm holding onto water from being so sore, but I dunno. I was in vacation from work last week, so I wasn't moving much. Today I'm back at work and drinking my usual 96oz of water and eating all my logged food. Hopefully all the moving here will help me drop some of this dang water weight. Here's to July being a better month!

    July 2 - 209.6 (-1.6) - Yay! Finally going back down! And I feel like I ate a bunch yesterday, but I was still within my goal. I managed 45 min on the treadmill, hit my daily 10k step goal, and drank 112oz of water, so all in all yesterday was a good day! I decided to stop doing the 30 day challenge for now and just stick to eating right/within my limit and using the treadmill since that seems to be working okay-ish. Today will basically be the same food except dinner of course. But it's all logged!

    July 3 - 208.6 (-1.0) - Still going down! I didn't use the treadmill last night because I had a raging headache, but I still stayed within my goal and was happy to see a lower number this morning. Tonight I will use the treadmill though and hopefully will still see another dip in the morning!

    July 4 - 206.8 (-1.8) - New low! Yay finally was able to break out of the 207s! I even broke from what I had logged and had pizza for lunch yesterday. I made sure I only ate what first into my goals and made sure I used the treadmill last night too. Today will be interesting too, as were going to MIL house for a bbq and swimming with the kids. I am going to behave myself! And I will use the treadmill tonight too! Have a great day everyone. Keep it up!

    July 5 - 207.2 (+0.4) - Was expected. I wasn't very active yesterday, ans I didn't drink enough water, but I ate okay. And I got 30 min in on the treadmill!

    July 6 - 208 (+0.8) - We had McDonalds for dinner. It was within my goals, but it still made me go up. No treadmill as we were at a Basketball game that eventually got postponed because we had to deal with and earthquake. I worked today and did real well with my food. Weighed and logged my entire dinner. Will use the treadmill tonight though.

    July 7 - 208 (+0.0) - No loss, no gain. Guess ots better than no gain. I'm starting to feel swollen in my legs a feet, so I think my body is starting to get ready for TOM that should be here within the next week. I drank my normal amount of water yesterday and it didn't do much for me. All I can do its wait it out and make good choices.

    July 8 - 209.2 (+1.2) - Well, this was slightly surprising. But I've got all my meals prepped for the week for breakfast and lunch, and I'm making sure I get 96oz of water a day. I did another 30min on the treadmill and hit my 10k step goal for the 2nd day in a row! I already can tell I'll be lower I'm the morning vs what I was this morning so that's good. All I can do is take it one day at a time. Gotta get back to 206s and under!

    July 9 - 207.4 (-1.8) - Yay, I went back down! Walked for 30 min on the treadmill and stayed within my goal. Hope it keeps going down!

    July 10 - 208.0 (+.6) - Well, I had jack in the box for lunch. Stayed in my goal and even walked 35 min on the treadmill. Maybe too much sodium yesterday even though I had my 96oz of water. Tomorrow is another day!

    July 11 - 207.6 (-0.4) - Going down again. Did 30 min on the treadmill last night.

    July 12 - 207.8 (+0.2) - Not too bad. Staying in the 207's and that's better than going up. I walked for 35 min on the treadmill last night. I'm keeping at it. I just wish my weight would go down more.

    July 13 - 206.6 - (-1.2) - Yay, and unexpected surprise! Last night was a rest day. Didn't use the treadmill, dinner was light, but I did have ice cream after, so I was expecting to either stay the same or go up. So when it was lower, I was excited. Hopefully I can get to my 205 goal this month!

    July 14 - 206.0 (-0.6) - Yesterday was a weird eating day for me. I had my malto meal and blueberries at 830am then had a class from 10 to 2pm. Had to drop paperwork off after class that took another hour and a half, so it was almost 4 before I got home. We decided that Saturday was our eat out night. I had a pot roast sandwich (so good, but I only ate half) fries and a side salad with ranch. I was super full by the end. I know for a fact I was over my calories for the day, so i was super stoked to see the scale go down again today! I'm so close to 205! 205.0 will me my 10lbs lost mark and I can't wait. I've been working hard and it's been a roller coaster (you should see my graph from the last two months. Very hilly, but trending downwards). I'm so excited you guys!

    July 15 - 207.0 (+1.0) - Two words: Italian food. Yesterday was my MIL birthday so went went to dinner. She wanted Italian food. I'm actually happy I'm only up a lb from yesterday considering I logged everything as best as I could. I'm drinking tons of water today, but I think I'll be back to where I was very shortly. We have plans to eat put tonight too, but I'm gonna make sure I know where we are going before hand so I can log everything accordingly. Happy Monday!

    July 16 - 206.0 (-1.0) - I was really surprised this morning! I was bad yesterday and went waaaaay over my calories, though I did log everything! I did walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill too. Hoping to see 205's tomorrow!

    July 17 - 207.0 (+1.0) - Back up I go. Talk about roller coaster. But my graph is finally starting to trend downward even though my weight is still, literally, up and down. Just gotta keep on keeping on!

    July 18 - 206.6 (-0.4) - See previous day comment. Haha. I was a today and ate a huge piece of cake. It made me feel like afterward, so I almost immediately regretted it. I also had a s'more tonight too. Tomorrow is another day and I WILL do better. I still have a week and a half-ish to get to my 205 mark. I did walk on the treadmill tonight for 50 min. Hopefully that put a small dent in the bad decision I made earlier in the day. On to tomorrow!

    July 19 - 206.4 (-0.2) - So I guess that huge piece of cake I ate didn't really do anything. I was down a tiny bit this morning! Today was sort of better. Still ended over my goal for the day, but I've been eating over the 1290 MFP says I should eat and I'm losing steadily. I may need to change my settings on here so I'm not in the red everyday. I think I'm going to be in the 205s finally tomorrow! I think I may be coming down with something though. I'm super tired and have a headache. Plus during an ultrasound today, it was discovered I have an enlarged lymph node in my neck that looks "off" so I'll do 5 days worth of antibiotics and have it rechecked in 7 days. So now I'm a nervous wreck. Wish me luck!

    July 20 - 206.6 (+0.2) - Wasnt at 205s like I wanted, but I'll take it. TOM showed up today, 6 days late. I think the weightloss combined with the consistent treadmill use threw everything off. So I'm just waiting for the scale to shoot up. Today we did a community give back event outside in the 95 degree heat (made sure I had a ton of water) then went to lunch after and ate a bunch. So I am really expecting my number to jump tomorrow. Oh well, such is life, just gotta keep on going.

    July 21 - 209.4 (+2.8) - TOM plus bad food choices obviously do not go together. We were at waterpark all day and ate 3 chicken fingers, some fries, and some nachos. Then came home and had pistachios, a left over potato skin amd soft pretzel from the day before, and some bbq chips. Also had a ton of water today. Tomorrow will be a light food day. Will have my normal malto meal with blueberries, then my fruit and protein shake, and hamburgers for dinner. Maybe throw in some snacks. Tuesday I'll go back to my normal schedule and hopefully I'll start to go back down.

    July 22 - 211.2 (+1.8) - Well that's disheartening. But I knew it was coming. Drank all my water and ate better.

    July 23 - 208.8 (-2.4) - All the water and the light food intake helped. Now to keep going down. TOM is really weird this month, but it's basically over. Hopefully I'll keep going down. I need to get back on the treadmill as I haven't used it since Friday. Tonight will be the night!

    July 24 - 209.4 (+0.6) - Back up I go. I hate that TOM. I didn't use the treadmill last night either, but I should have. I will tonight. Hopefully this will all pass and I'll get back to 206 before the end of the month. Otherwise I'll feel like I made NO progress this month.

    July 25 - 208.8 (-0.6) - Cant wait for this TOM to go away so I can level back out! I think I'll be lower in the morning so that's good. I need to get back on the treadmill. I haven't used it in a few days. Tomorrow I'll do it no matter what. We are eating out on Saturday so the workout will be needed. I'm hoping I'll get back to 206 before the month is over. If not, I'll be back at it / lower the beginning of August.

    July 26 - 208.2 (-0.6) - Still going back down. I WILL use the treadmill tonight too! I haven't used the thing in about a week, so I really need to use it again. Hopefully it will help get some of this bloat off. TOM should hopefully be gone soon, I'm on day 6 and am ready for it to leave. Id really like to get back to 206 before the month ends. 205's would be ideal, but I will take 206 and use that as my starting point for August. On a different note, I won DISNEYLAND tickets by calling into one of our local radio stations yesterday. My kids are very excited. This is the 2nd time that I have won tickets. We were just there in May because I won park tickets back in November. We will probably go next summer again, once school lets out. So, I have a new goal, be slimmer for our next Disneyland vacation. 5 more days of July to go!

    July 27 - 208.6 (+0.4) - TOM is finally over. Hopefully the water retention will subside. I finally used the treadmill last night for 30 min. Plan on doing that again tonight. Still hoping for 206 before the end of the month.

I’ve been skipping lunch (or having a snack only) to save most of my calories for dinner, but I’m going to switch it up and have a light lunch and medium dinner from here. My stomach seems to have shrunk anyway, so I have a hard time fitting in a big dinner now. Magic how little things change along the way...

    July 23 - 77.7kg Looking lean in the mornings, despite the fluctuations. Still eating majority of my food at dinner, which affects my weigh-ins. Been working out hard and my endurance boxing on the heavy bag has markedly improved. For the first time, it really does feel like the number on the scale is just part of the story.
    July 24 - 77.7kg Am I bovvered? Great workout last night and my work pants are looooose

    July 28 - 77.6kg Post-cheat-day once again. Weighing in daily this month has been an interesting journey. At first it motivated me, but aiming for a lower number started to lose its shine after I realised I was losing inches but not weight on the scale. Now I find myself dreading the morning weigh in. I have learned a lot about how my cheat days affect water weight, though, which has been good to see - I hope to get to where I don’t need cheat days and can have this or that on any day as part of my overall planning. With only 3 days to go (New Zealand time), this whole exercise has made me realise I want to focus on muscle growth/inches lost and adjust my diet accordingly. Some good lessons.

    I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

    May 30 - 145.9 a new low to end the month!
    July 1 - 146.5 was lower yesterday, but I am still happy with this on a Monday. Day 7 no alcohol
    July 2 - 145.9 day 8 of no alcohol. 6 more to go to see if I see any changes
    July 3 - 145.9 same no change no alcohol day 9 and not seeing much of a difference at this point.
    July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
    July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes
    July 6 - 146.4 maintenance calories yesterday.Not the best food choices,but not over calories.Sodium was higher than normal though.
    July 7 - 148.1 lots of alcohol last night for the fights. Will be gone by tomorrow or the next day hopefully.
    July 8 - 148.9 just the rest of Saturday nights gains. All in all an amazing 4 day weekend with family and friends.
    July 9 - 147.6 down a bit, hopefully I will be back at my starting weight soon (took me 1 day to gain and 2-3 to lose it)
    July 10 - 147.6 was hoping it would be lower but had a drink while making dinner with my hubby. So its deserved
    July 11 - 146.3 almost back to where I started the month. Maybe I will finally see a new low tomorrow or Saturday
    July 12 - 144.6 A new low and I am so excited to see progress! 1.6 lbs to go and I will officially be out of the overweight category

    July 17 - 148.7 no idea why it went up or has been so high. Just normal fluctuations I guess
    July 18 - 147.3 still coming back down from whatever made me jump up so high. still have plenty of time to get back down

    July 1 - 211.2 (+1.2) - I still dunno what's going on. Today I'm restarting and have all my food logged! I am saying NO to the pantry and will not snack after dinner! I'm still thinking I'm holding onto water from being so sore, but I dunno. I was in vacation from work last week, so I wasn't moving much. Today I'm back at work and drinking my usual 96oz of water and eating all my logged food. Hopefully all the moving here will help me drop some of this dang water weight. Here's to July being a better month!

    July 2 - 209.6 (-1.6) - Yay! Finally going back down! And I feel like I ate a bunch yesterday, but I was still within my goal. I managed 45 min on the treadmill, hit my daily 10k step goal, and drank 112oz of water, so all in all yesterday was a good day! I decided to stop doing the 30 day challenge for now and just stick to eating right/within my limit and using the treadmill since that seems to be working okay-ish. Today will basically be the same food except dinner of course. But it's all logged!

    July 3 - 208.6 (-1.0) - Still going down! I didn't use the treadmill last night because I had a raging headache, but I still stayed within my goal and was happy to see a lower number this morning. Tonight I will use the treadmill though and hopefully will still see another dip in the morning!

    July 4 - 206.8 (-1.8) - New low! Yay finally was able to break out of the 207s! I even broke from what I had logged and had pizza for lunch yesterday. I made sure I only ate what first into my goals and made sure I used the treadmill last night too. Today will be interesting too, as were going to MIL house for a bbq and swimming with the kids. I am going to behave myself! And I will use the treadmill tonight too! Have a great day everyone. Keep it up!

    July 5 - 207.2 (+0.4) - Was expected. I wasn't very active yesterday, ans I didn't drink enough water, but I ate okay. And I got 30 min in on the treadmill!

    July 6 - 208 (+0.8) - We had McDonalds for dinner. It was within my goals, but it still made me go up. No treadmill as we were at a Basketball game that eventually got postponed because we had to deal with and earthquake. I worked today and did real well with my food. Weighed and logged my entire dinner. Will use the treadmill tonight though.

    July 7 - 208 (+0.0) - No loss, no gain. Guess ots better than no gain. I'm starting to feel swollen in my legs a feet, so I think my body is starting to get ready for TOM that should be here within the next week. I drank my normal amount of water yesterday and it didn't do much for me. All I can do its wait it out and make good choices.

    July 8 - 209.2 (+1.2) - Well, this was slightly surprising. But I've got all my meals prepped for the week for breakfast and lunch, and I'm making sure I get 96oz of water a day. I did another 30min on the treadmill and hit my 10k step goal for the 2nd day in a row! I already can tell I'll be lower I'm the morning vs what I was this morning so that's good. All I can do is take it one day at a time. Gotta get back to 206s and under!

    July 9 - 207.4 (-1.8) - Yay, I went back down! Walked for 30 min on the treadmill and stayed within my goal. Hope it keeps going down!

    July 10 - 208.0 (+.6) - Well, I had jack in the box for lunch. Stayed in my goal and even walked 35 min on the treadmill. Maybe too much sodium yesterday even though I had my 96oz of water. Tomorrow is another day!

    July 11 - 207.6 (-0.4) - Going down again. Did 30 min on the treadmill last night.

    July 12 - 207.8 (+0.2) - Not too bad. Staying in the 207's and that's better than going up. I walked for 35 min on the treadmill last night. I'm keeping at it. I just wish my weight would go down more.

    July 13 - 206.6 - (-1.2) - Yay, and unexpected surprise! Last night was a rest day. Didn't use the treadmill, dinner was light, but I did have ice cream after, so I was expecting to either stay the same or go up. So when it was lower, I was excited. Hopefully I can get to my 205 goal this month!

    July 14 - 206.0 (-0.6) - Yesterday was a weird eating day for me. I had my malto meal and blueberries at 830am then had a class from 10 to 2pm. Had to drop paperwork off after class that took another hour and a half, so it was almost 4 before I got home. We decided that Saturday was our eat out night. I had a pot roast sandwich (so good, but I only ate half) fries and a side salad with ranch. I was super full by the end. I know for a fact I was over my calories for the day, so i was super stoked to see the scale go down again today! I'm so close to 205! 205.0 will me my 10lbs lost mark and I can't wait. I've been working hard and it's been a roller coaster (you should see my graph from the last two months. Very hilly, but trending downwards). I'm so excited you guys!

    July 15 - 207.0 (+1.0) - Two words: Italian food. Yesterday was my MIL birthday so went went to dinner. She wanted Italian food. I'm actually happy I'm only up a lb from yesterday considering I logged everything as best as I could. I'm drinking tons of water today, but I think I'll be back to where I was very shortly. We have plans to eat put tonight too, but I'm gonna make sure I know where we are going before hand so I can log everything accordingly. Happy Monday!

    July 16 - 206.0 (-1.0) - I was really surprised this morning! I was bad yesterday and went waaaaay over my calories, though I did log everything! I did walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill too. Hoping to see 205's tomorrow!

    July 17 - 207.0 (+1.0) - Back up I go. Talk about roller coaster. But my graph is finally starting to trend downward even though my weight is still, literally, up and down. Just gotta keep on keeping on!

    July 18 - 206.6 (-0.4) - See previous day comment. Haha. I was a today and ate a huge piece of cake. It made me feel like afterward, so I almost immediately regretted it. I also had a s'more tonight too. Tomorrow is another day and I WILL do better. I still have a week and a half-ish to get to my 205 mark. I did walk on the treadmill tonight for 50 min. Hopefully that put a small dent in the bad decision I made earlier in the day. On to tomorrow!

    July 19 - 206.4 (-0.2) - So I guess that huge piece of cake I ate didn't really do anything. I was down a tiny bit this morning! Today was sort of better. Still ended over my goal for the day, but I've been eating over the 1290 MFP says I should eat and I'm losing steadily. I may need to change my settings on here so I'm not in the red everyday. I think I'm going to be in the 205s finally tomorrow! I think I may be coming down with something though. I'm super tired and have a headache. Plus during an ultrasound today, it was discovered I have an enlarged lymph node in my neck that looks "off" so I'll do 5 days worth of antibiotics and have it rechecked in 7 days. So now I'm a nervous wreck. Wish me luck!

    July 20 - 206.6 (+0.2) - Wasnt at 205s like I wanted, but I'll take it. TOM showed up today, 6 days late. I think the weightloss combined with the consistent treadmill use threw everything off. So I'm just waiting for the scale to shoot up. Today we did a community give back event outside in the 95 degree heat (made sure I had a ton of water) then went to lunch after and ate a bunch. So I am really expecting my number to jump tomorrow. Oh well, such is life, just gotta keep on going.

    July 21 - 209.4 (+2.8) - TOM plus bad food choices obviously do not go together. We were at waterpark all day and ate 3 chicken fingers, some fries, and some nachos. Then came home and had pistachios, a left over potato skin amd soft pretzel from the day before, and some bbq chips. Also had a ton of water today. Tomorrow will be a light food day. Will have my normal malto meal with blueberries, then my fruit and protein shake, and hamburgers for dinner. Maybe throw in some snacks. Tuesday I'll go back to my normal schedule and hopefully I'll start to go back down.

    July 22 - 211.2 (+1.8) - Well that's disheartening. But I knew it was coming. Drank all my water and ate better.

    July 23 - 208.8 (-2.4) - All the water and the light food intake helped. Now to keep going down. TOM is really weird this month, but it's basically over. Hopefully I'll keep going down. I need to get back on the treadmill as I haven't used it since Friday. Tonight will be the night!

    July 24 - 209.4 (+0.6) - Back up I go. I hate that TOM. I didn't use the treadmill last night either, but I should have. I will tonight. Hopefully this will all pass and I'll get back to 206 before the end of the month. Otherwise I'll feel like I made NO progress this month.

    July 25 - 208.8 (-0.6) - Cant wait for this TOM to go away so I can level back out! I think I'll be lower in the morning so that's good. I need to get back on the treadmill. I haven't used it in a few days. Tomorrow I'll do it no matter what. We are eating out on Saturday so the workout will be needed. I'm hoping I'll get back to 206 before the month is over. If not, I'll be back at it / lower the beginning of August.

    July 26 - 208.2 (-0.6) - Still going back down. I WILL use the treadmill tonight too! I haven't used the thing in about a week, so I really need to use it again. Hopefully it will help get some of this bloat off. TOM should hopefully be gone soon, I'm on day 6 and am ready for it to leave. Id really like to get back to 206 before the month ends. 205's would be ideal, but I will take 206 and use that as my starting point for August. On a different note, I won DISNEYLAND tickets by calling into one of our local radio stations yesterday. My kids are very excited. This is the 2nd time that I have won tickets. We were just there in May because I won park tickets back in November. We will probably go next summer again, once school lets out. So, I have a new goal, be slimmer for our next Disneyland vacation. 5 more days of July to go!

    July 27 - 208.6 (+0.4) - TOM is finally over. Hopefully the water retention will subside. I finally used the treadmill last night for 30 min. Plan on doing that again tonight. Still hoping for 206 before the end of the month.

    July 28 - 207.6 (-1.0) - Yay! I'm excited! TOM water weight is finally going away! I didn't make it onto the treadmill tonight, but I did go swimming with the kids. I'm also planning (and have 2 whole weeks planned (this week and the next))for keto/low carb. I've managed to keep everything under 25 net carbs and practically no sugar, like maybe 5 grams for the whole day. I've tried low carb in the past and had some success, but I really didn't try too hard. Hoping this time it's better.

    July 29 - 206.8 (-0.8) - Yay! Almost back to where I was pre-TOM. Today is my first day of keto and I'm pretty sure its gonna go well. Having my next 2 weeks planned out will really help. My problem is going to be the weekends. Those are always the hardest. BUT, I told myself I'd try it for 2 week and see where it gets me. I've tried keto before and had some success but not much, but I really wasnt trying. At the end of the 2 weeks, I'll see where I'm at and reassess. Hopefully withdrawls wont be too bad. I'm still gonna use the treadmill nightly too. Hopefully the combination of exercise and diet will get me going. 2.5 days left of July! August is gonna be a good month!

    I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

At first it motivated me, but aiming for a lower number started to lose its shine after I realised I was losing inches but not weight on the scale. Now I find myself dreading the morning weigh in. I have learned a lot about how my cheat days affect water weight, though, which has been good to see - I hope to get to where I don’t need cheat days and can have this or that on any day as part of my overall planning. With only 3 days to go (New Zealand time), this whole exercise has made me realise I want to focus on muscle growth/inches lost and adjust my diet accordingly. Some good lessons.

    July 1 - 211.2 (+1.2) - I still dunno what's going on. Today I'm restarting and have all my food logged! I am saying NO to the pantry and will not snack after dinner! I'm still thinking I'm holding onto water from being so sore, but I dunno. I was in vacation from work last week, so I wasn't moving much. Today I'm back at work and drinking my usual 96oz of water and eating all my logged food. Hopefully all the moving here will help me drop some of this dang water weight. Here's to July being a better month!

    July 2 - 209.6 (-1.6) - Yay! Finally going back down! And I feel like I ate a bunch yesterday, but I was still within my goal. I managed 45 min on the treadmill, hit my daily 10k step goal, and drank 112oz of water, so all in all yesterday was a good day! I decided to stop doing the 30 day challenge for now and just stick to eating right/within my limit and using the treadmill since that seems to be working okay-ish. Today will basically be the same food except dinner of course. But it's all logged!

    July 3 - 208.6 (-1.0) - Still going down! I didn't use the treadmill last night because I had a raging headache, but I still stayed within my goal and was happy to see a lower number this morning. Tonight I will use the treadmill though and hopefully will still see another dip in the morning!

    July 4 - 206.8 (-1.8) - New low! Yay finally was able to break out of the 207s! I even broke from what I had logged and had pizza for lunch yesterday. I made sure I only ate what first into my goals and made sure I used the treadmill last night too. Today will be interesting too, as were going to MIL house for a bbq and swimming with the kids. I am going to behave myself! And I will use the treadmill tonight too! Have a great day everyone. Keep it up!

    July 5 - 207.2 (+0.4) - Was expected. I wasn't very active yesterday, ans I didn't drink enough water, but I ate okay. And I got 30 min in on the treadmill!

    July 6 - 208 (+0.8) - We had McDonalds for dinner. It was within my goals, but it still made me go up. No treadmill as we were at a Basketball game that eventually got postponed because we had to deal with and earthquake. I worked today and did real well with my food. Weighed and logged my entire dinner. Will use the treadmill tonight though.

    July 7 - 208 (+0.0) - No loss, no gain. Guess ots better than no gain. I'm starting to feel swollen in my legs a feet, so I think my body is starting to get ready for TOM that should be here within the next week. I drank my normal amount of water yesterday and it didn't do much for me. All I can do its wait it out and make good choices.

    July 8 - 209.2 (+1.2) - Well, this was slightly surprising. But I've got all my meals prepped for the week for breakfast and lunch, and I'm making sure I get 96oz of water a day. I did another 30min on the treadmill and hit my 10k step goal for the 2nd day in a row! I already can tell I'll be lower I'm the morning vs what I was this morning so that's good. All I can do is take it one day at a time. Gotta get back to 206s and under!

    July 9 - 207.4 (-1.8) - Yay, I went back down! Walked for 30 min on the treadmill and stayed within my goal. Hope it keeps going down!

    July 10 - 208.0 (+.6) - Well, I had jack in the box for lunch. Stayed in my goal and even walked 35 min on the treadmill. Maybe too much sodium yesterday even though I had my 96oz of water. Tomorrow is another day!

    July 11 - 207.6 (-0.4) - Going down again. Did 30 min on the treadmill last night.

    July 12 - 207.8 (+0.2) - Not too bad. Staying in the 207's and that's better than going up. I walked for 35 min on the treadmill last night. I'm keeping at it. I just wish my weight would go down more.

    July 13 - 206.6 - (-1.2) - Yay, and unexpected surprise! Last night was a rest day. Didn't use the treadmill, dinner was light, but I did have ice cream after, so I was expecting to either stay the same or go up. So when it was lower, I was excited. Hopefully I can get to my 205 goal this month!

    July 14 - 206.0 (-0.6) - Yesterday was a weird eating day for me. I had my malto meal and blueberries at 830am then had a class from 10 to 2pm. Had to drop paperwork off after class that took another hour and a half, so it was almost 4 before I got home. We decided that Saturday was our eat out night. I had a pot roast sandwich (so good, but I only ate half) fries and a side salad with ranch. I was super full by the end. I know for a fact I was over my calories for the day, so i was super stoked to see the scale go down again today! I'm so close to 205! 205.0 will me my 10lbs lost mark and I can't wait. I've been working hard and it's been a roller coaster (you should see my graph from the last two months. Very hilly, but trending downwards). I'm so excited you guys!

    July 15 - 207.0 (+1.0) - Two words: Italian food. Yesterday was my MIL birthday so went went to dinner. She wanted Italian food. I'm actually happy I'm only up a lb from yesterday considering I logged everything as best as I could. I'm drinking tons of water today, but I think I'll be back to where I was very shortly. We have plans to eat put tonight too, but I'm gonna make sure I know where we are going before hand so I can log everything accordingly. Happy Monday!

    July 16 - 206.0 (-1.0) - I was really surprised this morning! I was bad yesterday and went waaaaay over my calories, though I did log everything! I did walk for 30 minutes on the treadmill too. Hoping to see 205's tomorrow!

    July 17 - 207.0 (+1.0) - Back up I go. Talk about roller coaster. But my graph is finally starting to trend downward even though my weight is still, literally, up and down. Just gotta keep on keeping on!

    July 18 - 206.6 (-0.4) - See previous day comment. Haha. I was a today and ate a huge piece of cake. It made me feel like afterward, so I almost immediately regretted it. I also had a s'more tonight too. Tomorrow is another day and I WILL do better. I still have a week and a half-ish to get to my 205 mark. I did walk on the treadmill tonight for 50 min. Hopefully that put a small dent in the bad decision I made earlier in the day. On to tomorrow!

    July 19 - 206.4 (-0.2) - So I guess that huge piece of cake I ate didn't really do anything. I was down a tiny bit this morning! Today was sort of better. Still ended over my goal for the day, but I've been eating over the 1290 MFP says I should eat and I'm losing steadily. I may need to change my settings on here so I'm not in the red everyday. I think I'm going to be in the 205s finally tomorrow! I think I may be coming down with something though. I'm super tired and have a headache. Plus during an ultrasound today, it was discovered I have an enlarged lymph node in my neck that looks "off" so I'll do 5 days worth of antibiotics and have it rechecked in 7 days. So now I'm a nervous wreck. Wish me luck!

    July 20 - 206.6 (+0.2) - Wasnt at 205s like I wanted, but I'll take it. TOM showed up today, 6 days late. I think the weightloss combined with the consistent treadmill use threw everything off. So I'm just waiting for the scale to shoot up. Today we did a community give back event outside in the 95 degree heat (made sure I had a ton of water) then went to lunch after and ate a bunch. So I am really expecting my number to jump tomorrow. Oh well, such is life, just gotta keep on going.

    July 21 - 209.4 (+2.8) - TOM plus bad food choices obviously do not go together. We were at waterpark all day and ate 3 chicken fingers, some fries, and some nachos. Then came home and had pistachios, a left over potato skin amd soft pretzel from the day before, and some bbq chips. Also had a ton of water today. Tomorrow will be a light food day. Will have my normal malto meal with blueberries, then my fruit and protein shake, and hamburgers for dinner. Maybe throw in some snacks. Tuesday I'll go back to my normal schedule and hopefully I'll start to go back down.

    July 22 - 211.2 (+1.8) - Well that's disheartening. But I knew it was coming. Drank all my water and ate better.

    July 23 - 208.8 (-2.4) - All the water and the light food intake helped. Now to keep going down. TOM is really weird this month, but it's basically over. Hopefully I'll keep going down. I need to get back on the treadmill as I haven't used it since Friday. Tonight will be the night!

    July 24 - 209.4 (+0.6) - Back up I go. I hate that TOM. I didn't use the treadmill last night either, but I should have. I will tonight. Hopefully this will all pass and I'll get back to 206 before the end of the month. Otherwise I'll feel like I made NO progress this month.

    July 25 - 208.8 (-0.6) - Cant wait for this TOM to go away so I can level back out! I think I'll be lower in the morning so that's good. I need to get back on the treadmill. I haven't used it in a few days. Tomorrow I'll do it no matter what. We are eating out on Saturday so the workout will be needed. I'm hoping I'll get back to 206 before the month is over. If not, I'll be back at it / lower the beginning of August.

    July 26 - 208.2 (-0.6) - Still going back down. I WILL use the treadmill tonight too! I haven't used the thing in about a week, so I really need to use it again. Hopefully it will help get some of this bloat off. TOM should hopefully be gone soon, I'm on day 6 and am ready for it to leave. Id really like to get back to 206 before the month ends. 205's would be ideal, but I will take 206 and use that as my starting point for August. On a different note, I won DISNEYLAND tickets by calling into one of our local radio stations yesterday. My kids are very excited. This is the 2nd time that I have won tickets. We were just there in May because I won park tickets back in November. We will probably go next summer again, once school lets out. So, I have a new goal, be slimmer for our next Disneyland vacation. 5 more days of July to go!

    July 27 - 208.6 (+0.4) - TOM is finally over. Hopefully the water retention will subside. I finally used the treadmill last night for 30 min. Plan on doing that again tonight. Still hoping for 206 before the end of the month.

    July 28 - 207.6 (-1.0) - Yay! I'm excited! TOM water weight is finally going away! I didn't make it onto the treadmill tonight, but I did go swimming with the kids. I'm also planning (and have 2 whole weeks planned (this week and the next))for keto/low carb. I've managed to keep everything under 25 net carbs and practically no sugar, like maybe 5 grams for the whole day. I've tried low carb in the past and had some success, but I really didn't try too hard. Hoping this time it's better.

    July 29 - 206.8 (-0.8) - Yay! Almost back to where I was pre-TOM. Today is my first day of keto and I'm pretty sure its gonna go well. Having my next 2 weeks planned out will really help. My problem is going to be the weekends. Those are always the hardest. BUT, I told myself I'd try it for 2 week and see where it gets me. I've tried keto before and had some success but not much, but I really wasnt trying. At the end of the 2 weeks, I'll see where I'm at and reassess. Hopefully withdrawls wont be too bad. I'm still gonna use the treadmill nightly too. Hopefully the combination of exercise and diet will get me going. 2.5 days left of July! August is gonna be a good month!

    July 30 - 205.6 (-1.2) - OMG I did it! Tomorrow will be the real test to see if I stay or go down more. I'm getting the Keto headache though. I was in under 20g net carbs and had like 5 grams of sugar total for the day, so my body is hating me right now. Hopefully this will only last for a few days. I used the treadmill for 35 min last night too. I've found that if I watch a show or read a book on my tablet, the time goes by a lot faster.

    I am losing so slowly now that I am almost at my maintenance weight. I am really trying to get below 144 (which is "normal" BMI weight supposedly on the chart at least) this month and will be the top of my maintenance weight. I want to ultimately reach 138 so that I have that room to be able to indulge and not freak out with a fluctuation. I am doing 14 days no alcohol right now to see if it jump starts my loss, but so far it hasn't really changed anything.

    CW: 145.9

    May 30 - 145.9 a new low to end the month!
    July 1 - 146.5 was lower yesterday, but I am still happy with this on a Monday. Day 7 no alcohol
    July 2 - 145.9 day 8 of no alcohol. 6 more to go to see if I see any changes
    July 3 - 145.9 same no change no alcohol day 9 and not seeing much of a difference at this point.
    July 4 - 145.9 again! Uuugghh
    July 5 - 146.7 up a bit from yesterday. More food than usual. 11 days no alcohol and no major weight changes
    July 6 - 146.4 maintenance calories yesterday.Not the best food choices,but not over calories.Sodium was higher than normal though.
    July 7 - 148.1 lots of alcohol last night for the fights. Will be gone by tomorrow or the next day hopefully.
    July 8 - 148.9 just the rest of Saturday nights gains. All in all an amazing 4 day weekend with family and friends.
    July 9 - 147.6 down a bit, hopefully I will be back at my starting weight soon (took me 1 day to gain and 2-3 to lose it)
    July 10 - 147.6 was hoping it would be lower but had a drink while making dinner with my hubby. So its deserved
    July 11 - 146.3 almost back to where I started the month. Maybe I will finally see a new low tomorrow or Saturday
    July 12 - 144.6 A new low and I am so excited to see progress! 1.6 lbs to go and I will officially be out of the overweight category
    July 13 - 144.6 same 😁😁
    July 14 - 146.8 had my cheat meal last night. Was extremely high in sodium and carbs. Only about 100 calories over though
    July 15 - 150.5 went to zoo and walked a lot in 100 degree weather. 1 meal all day, almost double my sodium allowance
    July 16 - 148.2 coming back down. 3.6 pounds left to be back to Fridays weight
    July 17 - 148.7 no idea why it went up or has been so high. Just normal fluctuations I guess
    July 18 - 147.3 still coming back down from whatever made me jump up so high. still have plenty of time to get back down
    July 19 - 145.3 Finally! What ever the last couple of days was is almost gone. Hopefully I can see a loss tomorrow
    July 20 - 145.3 school shopping at the mall, grocery shopping, house cleaning, and laundry. Should burn some calories today lol
    July 21 - 145.9 just a normal weekend bounce. Ate half a sub from firehouse subs.
    July 22 - 147.3 dang-it!Was doing so good.Didn't over eat and was very active all weekend.Hopefully sodium and will be gone soon
    July 23 - 146.7 going back down,but was really hungry all day yesterday.So I snacked and ate more dinner than I should have.
    July 24 - 144.4 back down and looking to lose a couple more ounces to make my goal this month!
    July 25 - 143.1 I was definitely doing a happy dance in my room this am.Can't believe I made it this month.Now I just have to maintain!

    July 27 - 141.7 I have no idea where this came from, but I’m not complaining!
    July 28 - 144.0 boooo!! Dinner out at a Japanese grill complete with some saki and a couple Korin beers. Great date night with my hubby and kids. Well worth the uptick in weight. Water and better eating today.
    July 29 - 144.4 I am assuming I am still dealing with Saturday night. Great weigh-in for a Monday.
    July 30 - 144.4 I thought I would be lower today, but guess not. Hoping for a couple ounces lower tomorrow

    July 18 - need motivation really getting fed up of being on this weight 11.07 low calories again yesterday.

    4 pounds lost this month, not what I wanted but ok with it.
    next month I will up my exercise, really want to get into the 10 stone something range

    July 24-146.4 scale is going in the wrong direction. Yesterday there was junk food at work, and again with the TOM bloating. Very frustrated, just keep on moving.
    July 25 -146.2 managed less junk food yesterday but still not enough water.
    July 26 -146- still need to eat better and drink more water. My body is holding onto this for dear life, idk why.
    July 27-145.8 now let's keep a downward trend.
    July 28- 144.8 yay, made this months goal. Let's see if we can keep going down.
    July 29 -145.2 extremely hot yesterday. I believe I'm holding onto some water. Will drink a lot of water today.
    July 30 -146 this holding onto water is annoying. *takes deep breath*
    July 31- 147.4 yikes! Sodium filled lunch yesterday plus not enough water.

    Weight has fluctuated a lot. I almost lost 5 lbs, but may be masked by fluctuations. Im at least staying down which makes me happy. I hope to continue the trend.

    Struggling with pregnancy weight for past 2 years. Been stuck at the 155 range for the past year and a half.
