I'm new. Thought I would introduce myself here.
I'm tired of the gimmicks and restrictive diets. I want to eat ANYTHING in moderation. I'm not afraid of exercising, but I don't want to do this alone.

I love my real life friends, but so often they sabotage me. I don't think they mean to, but they want to meet at a mexican place for dinner, or give me chocolate as a gift or tell me "you don't need to diet".
I need support.
I think that even if you only need to lose a few pounds, you still need support. Sometimes I feel guilty asking for support because I only have to lose 20 pounds instead of 120. It's still hard.

So I'm here.
Trying again.

Don't want to go it alone.

Hi - I lost 87 pounds about 2 years ago and slowly put 25 back on. I use Jenny Craig to lose weight and that is what I am on right now. I exercise 45 - 60 minutes of cardio at least 5 times per week. I have lost 12 so far so I have 13 more to lose.

Nice to meet you - let me know if I can help in any way.
  • Think of it this way: Every person who needed to lose 120 pounds needed just as much support for the first 20 lbs as you do with it being your whole goal. 20 lbs is hard!

Feel free to friend me and my excessive use of exclamation marks. I'm struggling with my first 20 lbs, so we can lose them together. :)
