    If you mean crazy as in pull your hair out then it would be vast mood swings some lady coworkers have had over the years.
    A close second would be if you really do say the complete opposite of what you think or feel and then expect a guy to figure that out.

    If you mean crazy as in drives us wild then it can be a simple smile with a gentle touch on the arm or shoulder.
    Makes my knees go weak.
