I was wondering what everyonemyheight is aiming for and what's your (th)inspiration

168 pounds (12stone) for my first goal then hopefully 140 (10stone) after that. Wouldn't wanna go much smaller as I still wanna have some curves - I kinda like having a belly just not this big!
But I'll be satisfied with anything a half a stone either way of that so I can go up and down a few pounds without feeling terrible0 -
Am 5 ft 3.5 and have just reached my goal of 126!
I started at 144 so I am going to try and lose another 2lb so I can say I lost 20lb and make it 124, but I'm not worried about how long it's gonna take
I am fairly happy at this weight but I still have flab to tone.0 -
I'm 5'2"ish and I'm aiming for 135 initially. 108-140 is considered a healthy range for that height.
Just so you know, "thinspiration" is commonly associated with pro-anorexia rhetoric. I don't really see people use that term here. I know you probably didn't mean it that way. Just thought I'd give you a heads up.0 -
Hi there fellow 5'3-er!
I'm weighing today at 130 lb, was 161 when I started. I would like to get down to 125, but I have a vision in mind and if I reach the look I want before that number that would be great.
My goal would be so tight, toned & jiggle-free enough that I could run a race in bra top & shorts and look good!0 -
Try jillian Michael's 30 day shred when I got to 140 it took me down 5lbs and toned me up well0

I am 5ft 3 and weight wise I am aiming for 8st 12 to 9st 4. This would give me a BMI of 22-23. I am unsure what my body is going to do weight wise so as long as I am always between these weights I will be happy. I am more aiming to be a UK size 10 again (US size 6?!) I am doing weight training, yoga and running. I love exercise and its becoming a big part of my life.
I am getting married next year, have a beautiful 15month old son, my parents are ironman triathletes and my fiance is recovering my a horrid ankle injury and taking his time to rebuild his fitness and is working towars triathlon himself. All of this is my inspiration. I also have my dad who smokes, drinks, doesn't eat healthly or exercise and my future MIL who is morbidly obese. They both suffer, and I can see it. Its distressing to watch and I know they making themselves ill and if they don't change they will leave my life sooner than I want them too. Looking at them makes me realise thats not the life I want. It is hard because these are people I love. But they will only change if and when they are ready too. I hope that by leading a healthy life I can be a role model to my children and those in my family who do need to make changes. Sadly I don't think it will make much differences but I can always hope and try.0 -
I'm 5'4 and my "healthy" goal is 140, but I'd love it even more if I would get to 120 - but doubt it since I'm naturally between a medium and large frame (hello curves). I'm settling between 130-140. So since I don't have a tiny build my goal is more to qualify for the Boston Marathon in the near future. (Doing 3 marathons in the next 9 months - so hoping one of them will take me there).
"Thinspiration" to me is Kim Kardashian. I've got the top part down, just not the bottom part. Maybe I'll get butt implants. HA.0 -

5' 2", currently hovering about 9 stone 10.
I now fit a UK size 10 (treated myself to some new underwear yesterday - makes such a difference at the gym!) but I'd like to try getting to 9 1/2 stone.0 -
I still have a ways to go until I reach my ultimate goal healthfully (I'm giving myself 6mos to 1yr). Because of that, I have mini goals of both 130 and 120 but my ultimate goal would be 105 only because I was sort of inspired to lose weight partially from my sister and she is my height and weighs a little under that. Therefore I know genetically speaking that I can be that size and still be healthy, curvy (hers are great) and beautiful. Plus I can double my wardrobe! :bigsmile:0

120-125 is the plan feel free to add whats your's oh and do you mean like celeb body you want this is mine chelsie hightower she is also 5ft 3 mainly because she doesnt have boobs ethier so its easier to picture myself looking like that lol
