Starting over 😩

let me just start out with I have a 2.5 year old and 8 month old twins.. Before my son I lost weight and weighed 150. I was good with that since I lost 30 pounds and plus I felt confident. After my son I lost weight but weighed about 160 before I got pregnant with my twins. Now I have had it with myself and realize I need to loose some weight. Today it hit me... I was getting ready for little cousins birthday and tried on 4 shirts and they were all too small. Of course I have new clothes for my size right now after having the twins. I stupidly just wanted to try the clothes on that was hanging in the far back of my closet just to see 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ (the clothes I could wear before i had my son)
Anyways I started thinking about the food I eat and how much. I would love some help with this and I’m ready to be back to the size that I was before I had my son because my confidence is put the window with how I look
