Really hoping to lose another couple of pounds this month. Did really well last month and saw 3 or 4 new lows. I am hoping to continue that into August and see what I can do.

Hi again! What I'm experimenting with is halting all eating after 7pm (sometimes 6pm) and trying to eat healthfully in general. More veggies, lean protein, go to bed hungry.
Interestingly, best sleep has been happening on the nights when I stop eating at 6.
Can't wait for the heat wave to end so I can begin to fold exercise into the routine. You guys are inspiring me!

Starte using a Fitbit yesterday, it has helped to keep me active. I am to sedentary (sitting in front of computer) and it reminds me to get up and walk around. Also reminds me to drink more water. Was going to take it for a walk, but its raining....

I'd consider not gaining a win right now despite my horrible eating habits and my depression just getting worse. Hoping to restart therapy again this week, hope it helps.

Was a hard weekend. I've worked to much last two weeks, and I know I ate a lot both saturday and sunday, without any time to do anything besides work and sleep (been at work for 165 hours last two weeks).
I'm following my plan the rest of the time, and get 4-5 wko in. Probably back on track next week.

August 12 168. Finding ways to get more volume eating so I’ve been more satisfied. Tomatoes added to my low calorie fajita wrap at lunch, and cucumbers in vinegar and fresh tomatoes to go along with dinner. Haven’t been tracking properly and know I’ve been closer to 2000 cals a day, doesn’t help I started a new job 3 weeks ago, and it’s less active than the previous one, also stupid early mornings, I’ve not found the balance yet, this month looks like it’s turning into a maintaining month, nothing wrong with having a break I suppose ! I’m certainly more comfortable this size /weight than I was 4 months ago4 -

August 5: 256.0 (net loss 1.4 lbs) note: the past few days have been rough. I have an anxiety disorder and am off my antidepressants since my husband and i want to start trying to start a family once my new insurance kicks in in September. So, a stressful situation triggered a (couple) panic attack(s) which triggered a (thankfully short) depression episode which made staying active nearly impossible. But the stressful situation has been resolved, i hit a different stage in my cycle, i feel normal again, and my husband was awesome throughout the whole odeal.
August 12: 254.2 (net loss 3.2lbs). I weighed in at 252-something yesterday, but they was likely water loss, today’s follows a more linear pattern with where I had been the rest if the week. Full day of meeting today, 2 additional half days before starting full time teachering next week. Classes start a week from friday.
