Do I need to bulk for booty gains ?

I started a lean bulk today. I am 5”7 weighing 153, and I’m aiming to get to 159. I recently lost 60 pounds and I’m definitely not interested in losing more weight and I’m willing to continue this bulk if it’s a must but I’m having some issues mentally. I know it’s only 6 pounds but how much of that will be fat ? I really want to grow my booty, is it possible to do it without eating in a surplus ? How do I get over this mental thing ?

    I was planning on doing a small surplus like 250 calories. And yes I’m following a program & lifting heavy.
