Moving is what gets to our goal along with diet. I want to add a new healthy habit to my lifestyle. 30 minute walk for 30 days and log the results.

Ive been doing 30 mins a day with just a little over a mile. Its not much but im 199lbs and i have to take my 3 kids each time so it gets hectic0

Weight loss is all about habits: eating healthy food, moving body and a lot of discipline. Motivation only stays only for sometime but discipline leads us to our goal. I want to make habits that helps me in this journey. Today I completed 1 week of workout, although i missed oneday but i made sure it does not let me down. Keep moving, just do it.0
