What kind of results are you looking for?

    What have you been doing?

How long have you been trying hard?

    Ditto!

If no one knows what you've been trying, or what results you want to see, it's kinda hard to offer advice...

    I feel your pain..LOL
I recently started working out for the first time in my life...kicking my butt and haven't been wowed by my results
I wanted to build long lean muscle...Ive been counting my cals but not eating super clean..for me I think that might be the missing link

    Stick with it!
hopefully some folks here can give u some insight if u provide more details

The missing link is patience. People spend years building their physiques while other people unrealistically think it happens in a matter of weeks and months.

I know - but I figured it might be helpful to the person who did mention it. :)

(And maybe the OP does want abs! I mean, how can we tell, right now, what she wants? :) )

What are you currently doing to get the results you desire?

It was a fair assumption. I don’t know anyone who, if offered abs, would be like “nah I’m good. I think I’ll keep my dad bod.”

@OP. It’s really sad how long any transformation takes. :(. Don’t give up. And even if you don’t see the results. Eating healthy is....well...healthy. But you will see results. Keep going.

I was pretty obese when I started and I didn't really see results till 50-60 lbs down.(but, I was feeling better every day I kept with my plan) You look pretty thin already, so the results will not be that noticeable but you will feel better unless you are trying to lose too much weight?
