This package comes with 3 fillets. It gives the nutritional facts for 4 oz. at 230 calories. I’ve eaten one. Can anyone figure out the calories for me? Can I eat another one?

.93 lb = 14.88 oz.
14.88 oz = 3.72 servings of 4 oz. each
3.72 X 230 calories = 855.6 calories
Only you can decide whether you can have another fillet.1 -
That doesn't make sense. An almost 1 lb fillet of salmon would be huge. Did you weigh that out on a food scale?
0.93 lbs would be almost 15 oz which would be over 800 cals.
Most frozen salmon fillets I've seen are between 3 and 5 oz.1 -

If you weighed it on a food scale, are you sure the scale wasn't set to kilograms? 93 grams would be in the typical range for a frozen salmon fillet.

It’s cut in three pieces. I read it off the label.0

The label says .93 lbs? For the whole package? Or each filet? Can you post a picture of the label?0

So you didn't weigh it?2

OP, fish fillets are not cut evenly, the serving size will say 4 oz but some fillets will be 3.2 oz some will be 4.5 oz and some will be 5.
That's why you need to weigh your portions on a food scale. For this time, I would just log it as 4 oz and chalk it up to experience.1
