Hey all, I camt weigh in this week as am on holiday and can't find a scale anywhere! Am trying to be good and running and swimming a lot, finding it difficult to make healthy food choices though... has anyone ever managed to not gain whilst on holiday?!

GW : 170 by NYE (super ambitous, if I make 185 I'll be happy).

@JMNagain I have tho I did eat lots of salads,mainly at lunch time and then eat what I wanted at the evening meal,and anyway your on holiday enjoy yourself and restart when you get back. Thats the way I always look at it .0

@fallenangel66 my problem is that I'm a teacher, so I'm on holiday for 8 weeks! (Obviously with plenty of work to do, but on a holiday vibe) . Need to not go over the top for that long or I'll gain a ton!0

@JMNagain That is different LOL I thought you meant you were away on holiday for 1-2 weeks, then you have a problem,just try to eat as healthy as you can there are lots of different salads with pasta to make a change thean plain old normal salad .And we are here to help you1
