HIIT : High Intensity Interval Training

With this One App and 10min a day. I lost 30lbs in 5 months! I now use it to stay lean year round and enjoy the energy you get from putting your body into super fat burning mode! You just have to do this exercise 4 times a week. You can always modify it and change set/rep amounts.
You can hit any muscle group any day so that way you dont get too sore from overlapping workouts. If you aren't implementing this into your week reconsider your cardio. I never have to spend hours on a treadmill or bike to burn calories. This is one if not the best thing I have ever learned in my life! Hiit the gym hard next time!
