Every morning I eat a half cup of All-Bran original and add banana slices, raisins or berries. It’s good in yogurt too.

the best for me is Fiber One. 15 grams of fiber per 1/2 cup and low NET carbs... the Best choice generic brand is also good at around a $1.00 or so cheaper a box.

I think the steel cut oats opinion. Bob's Red Mill's 5 grain rolled cereal is also very tasty and has a tad more fiber than their steel cut oats.

Trader Joe's High fiber. It's pretty tasty and, at 80 calories and 9g fiber, a really great way to boost daily fiber. I eat it most mornings mixed with Greek yogurt.

I do mine with hemp, collagen powder and frozen blueberries cooked through so it goes purple. Don’t need as much maple syrup that way either. Suuuuuh gooood

All Bran Buds! I put them in yogurt like granola, with berries - it’s delicious!

In the summer: Quick-cooking rolled oats, eaten cold with milk, fresh fruit (peaches or strawberries), and walnuts. I've given up processed cereals entirely!
