In the summer: Quick-cooking rolled oats, eaten cold with milk, fresh fruit (peaches or strawberries), and walnuts. I've given up processed cereals entirely!

What is it? Outside of the obvious fruit and what i'm assuming is cacao nibs and coarsely ground flax seed that is.

Grape Nuts Flakes with blueberries. Either that or Alpen muesli with yogurt and blueberries. (Blueberries. Mmmmm.)
