I've done piyo with bad knees has a torn meniscus. Not bad for them as long as you are doing proper form. But I will caution to say if squats bother you, you might want to stay away but it's low impact0

I had a meniscus surgery from hell, and it took 2 full years for my knees to feel 100%. Even now, I'm hesitant to run because I worry about my knee. But I do PiYo and loveeee it!! I'm about to do a workout (drench) right now. It did great things for my body, and it could all be in my head, but I feel like the stretching of PiYo has helped, not hindered my knees. Even so, you might want to go easy with the squats and do the modified burpees. And I agree, work on perfecting your form just to be on the safe side. Good luck!0

I enjoy piyo but I may have a torn meniscus because of it. Dr. is sending me to get an MRI to be sure.0
