I wanted to introduce myself! My name is Chelsea, and I'm starting my fitness journey. I struggle with PCOS, and it has affected many things in my life from infertility to crazy weight gain, to mood swings. If anyone is a vegetarian and can help me with recipes, what vitamins I should take daily, and any advice you may have with weightloss and PCOS, I'd be grateful :) I wish you all the best of luck on your journey, we can do this!!
