I need to build a list of healthy fats to snack or eat to increase daily amounts! Ideas????

Hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, avocado, coconut manna, sunflower seed butter, Brazil nuts
I snack on tins of anchovy, sardine, mackeral.
Some bars tha are higher fat- Love Good Fats, Bulletproof bars, Grenade Go Nuts bars

I get a lot of fat in my diet from red meat, chicken, seafood, nuts & cooking oil but . . .
I sometimes snack on pre-cooked bacon. Just eat it cold out of the frig or heat it up a few secs in the micro.
Just 2 slices at a time and no more than 1x/day, which according to MFP is just 80 cals, almost all fat of course.
A guilty pleasure, which just tastes so good.2 -
For snacks: nuts, seeds, avocados (veg dipped in guac is good), veg dipped in baba ganoush, full fat dairy (esp cottage cheese or greek yogurt), olives, smoked salmon. Nut butter mixed in greek yogurt is basically a dessert.

One word - cheese! If every other fat source in the entire world disappeared I’d not care as long as cheese remained! 😂3

Olive oil, avocado oil (and avocados and olives) are my favorites.
I also eat coconut oil, real butter, and cheeses!

Nut butters, nuts- all of them, seeds- all kinds, but mostly pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flax, sesame, cheeses, cream cheese, avocado.
ETA almost forgot! Chocolate! Lots of it, but dark. I find it most satisfying. Cookies, wafers, baked goods.0 -

Olive oil, avocados, peanut butter, nuts, whole milk yogurt. I limit cheese and butter because I need to watch saturated fat for health reasons.0

I love butter. Real butter. Very tasty.
Other than that either peanut butter or avocado and of course sometimes olive oil. Ooh olives too.
So many yummy fats.
