I thought it may be time to re post my Before and After pictures. For any new comer who feels like they cant do it, that it is to hard, that they will never be fit and healthy, that is struggling to even come to grips with the fact that they have 50, 100, 150, 200 pounds to lose. For anyone who thinks they can not do it. I am proof that you can. I was just like you, a mom, someone who didnt have any energy to get off the couch, let alone exercise, who was addicted to food, and who was very depressed. I was all that, and none of that now. It takes time, but it is so worth it.

that is absolutely inspiring I love hearing peoples stories of weightloss and what a big achievement congratulations and thank you for helping others. I have small goals and am currently trying to lose 6kgs in 12 weeks and up to week 2 but my big long term goal is to lose 25kgs I am in no hurry and want to lose this weight forever so slow and steady wins the race I say. So all the weightloss stories are a great motivator thanks0

What was your routine? And how long did it take?? You look wonderful!!!!
I followed MFP, that is all I did . I stayed around 12-1400 calories a day, some days I would eat my exercise calories back, but more often than not, I didnt. If I was hungry, sure I would. I worked out like crazy, about 10 hours a week , cardio and weights. I made the most of my calories, with high proteins and less sugars . IT took me 23 months to lose it. I'm still very grateful to have you as a very inspirational MFP friend. You look so gorgeous in that stunning dress you wore to a recent wedding. You really "earned" that stunning new body and you did it with faithful dedication until you reached your ultimate goal~~~the hard way. Knowing about your dedicated efforts has kept me going for the past 285 days. I'll be 74 this coming December and my heart and lungs are loving what I'm doing now to remain and become even more "heart healthy". Thanks again, Tami.
