Hi everyone!
I’m not new to MyFitnessPal, but I’m newish to the forums. I’m down to meet supportive friends to help keep me motivated. I started lifting a few years ago and have been obsessed ever since. I’m not a fan of cardio but need to start back at it. This is my fat loss progress with strength training alone, not a healthy diet either. The past two months I’ve been good about it though. I went from a 4XL to an XL. I’m going to keep seeing what I can do. I’m not a big fan of weighing myself so I don’t know the difference currently, but I started at 370ish.
I had a job that took a toll on my mental health and used food to cope. I gained over 100+ pounds while I was in that job and then I decided I needed to get out of it and caring about my overall health. If you don’t have your health, you have nothing.
Please feel free to add me!
