124 pounds down

As of last Friday, I am 124 pounds down. Using a combo of gastric sleeve surgery, working out and following my high protein/low carb diet, I am achieving my goals. Still aways to go, but here are some progress photos.
If you have 10 pounds or 200 pounds to lose, it can be done with determination and consistency!
