    Day 02 – 08/15 ……195.4……Whoosh! A good day yesterday. Stayed on point all around.
    Day 03 – 08/16 ……196.0…… Oops. Pizza.
    Day 04 – 08/17 ……196.2…… Normal fluctuation. A conservative dinner out yesterday in which I showed much restraint.
    Day 05 – 08/18 ……196.0…… A bit better.
    Day 06 – 08/19 ……196.0…… Backyard BBQ always stalls me.
    Day 07 – 08/20 ……195.4…… A nice well-earned overnight drop.
    Day 08 – 08/21 ……196.7…… So happy I found the part 2 challenge. It is exciting to do the whole thing this time. I had an increase due to DQ yesterday. My own fault & today I’ve paid for it. Good luck everyone!

    Still on vacation/traveling. I am hanging in there though it is hard. There is the mentality of wanting to splurge on food and alcohol. And I am not eating my normal foods which makes it hard for me.
    To offset this, I am 1) exercising 2) logging my calories 3) trying to be moderate while recognizing the need to indulge a little while on vacation.

    Day 04 – 08/17 ……196.2…… Normal fluctuation. A conservative dinner out yesterday in which I showed much restraint.
    Day 05 – 08/18 ……196.0…… A bit better.
    Day 06 – 08/19 ……196.0…… Backyard BBQ always stalls me.

    Day 2: 187.4 ❌ Food goal, ❌ Movement goal, ✅ Water goal - Two meals at restaurants and with company all day. I didn’t have a lot of control over my day, but I didn’t make good choices even when I did have healthier options. Eventually I just stopped trying. ☹️ Refocus tomorrow morning!
