Just wondering please is 330 kcals 17c 9f 39p soundind reasonable for frankie and bennys 7oz steak salad ?

    I haven't eaten there, but 7 oz of top sirloin, choice grade, raw, trimmed of fat has 267 calories. If the rest of the dish consists of greens and an ounce or two of tomato, etc, and no dressing, 330 is probably close.

    Thanks I just got back and for future searches it is basically steak salad - lettuce, green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. There was a hot (spiced) dressing but I’ll take the hit on that as it was pretty light. Thanks again.
