Weight gain

For the past 2 weeks I've been binging like crazy and eating in a huge surplus every day. In addition the food that I've been eating has mostly been junk food. I'm too scared to get on the scale but I can see that I've gained a substantial amount of weight just by looking in the mirror. My love handles have especially gotten bigger. I just feel terrible emotionally and physically.

Welcome!

Sorry to hear. Hopefully you come back from the place that makes you binge soon. Hugs

I'm going to repeat the advice from that thread to seek help to get a more balanced relationship with food.

Meanwhile, also follow the advice in the post above to avoid "not visit any more web sites for a while that talk about things such as OMAD, hard-core work out routines, intermittent fasting, or especially ketosis" - this is not information you are currently able to process in a way that is healthy.

Coming from someone who has done every extreme diet in the book, don't. They might 'work' but they aren't sustainable and always lead to gaining back plus some. Get rid of the junk in your house, weigh yourself, and chooss to eat healthy. Not just because of the number on the scale, but so u can feel better mentally and physically
