Killing it. According to all my metrics but I often don't feel like I am.
I STILL can't side plank, though and lordy I want to be able to.

I'm super tired. Just got back from explaining to a bunch of confused parents what scouting is all about and how den structure works. It went well, but man.. talking to so many people left me wiiiiiiiiiped.1

Tinydancer106 thanks. I have worked my way to being able to run a 5K 4 or 5 times a week. It was really hard to get to that point but finally made it now to get faster.0

I'm alright, but my throat still hurts. Definitely think it's sinuses now. This has been a thing for like.. a week. At least I get to enjoy buttloads of hot tea!
