I ran out the stress...

Today was a high stress day at work. Then I came home to a difficult conversation. After dinner I knew I needed a healthy destresser. So I put in my ear buds, played upbeat music and began to run. I went one direction for two miles!! I slowly felt better. It was awesome. Then of course I had to turn around. I walked back. Now,an hour later, I’m sitting in my backyard cooling off. This is not typical me. But it feels good!!

    That's good, glad you are feeling better. Exercise is actually proven to make people happier because it helps release endorphins (the happy hormone) faster.
