Need help with macros

I really need some expert advice on setting macros for weight loss, fat loss and muscle gain, 57 y/o female moderately active 1.5 hrs gym activity daily

    Protein anywhere from .5-1g per pound of body weight.. so .5 x (bodyweight) = number in grams to aim for. Fats and carbs are preference really.

    Can you describe your routine in a week?
    Also, what is your ultimate goal? meaning, where do you actually want to be or look like at the goal's end?
