Hi guys,
Looking for ideas for a low calorie tasty night time snack. This time is my downfall. Usually great by day but need something nice at night with my cuppa tea.

What have you always had as a snack then? Will it still fit into your calories?1

If your snack doesn’t fit into your calories anymore, then one option is to have a different snack, but that’s not the only option. You can also save up more calories earlier in the day for your snack, or have a smaller portion of whatever you like.1

low or no fat greek yogurt (lower in cals) with some cookie butter. you can add whatever you'd like to it as long as it fits your calories/macros anyway. super filling

Watermelon. There's nothing better. You can eat a huge bowl, fill your belly with very few calories.
Also, strawberries are a good choice. Again. Huge bowl = very little calories.
Plus, you get all of the natural fiber and phytonutrients.3 -
Air popped popcorn.4

I eat smartfood popcorn when I want a late night snack that isn't heavy on the stomach.3 -
Thanks guys. Gonna give these a go. Popcorn is what I normally turn to but I'm getting bored of the same thing. Loving the watermelon idea 😁0

I save enough calories daily to have one cup of light ice cream or frozen yogurt just about every night.1

I like 2tbls hummus with carrots. About 100 calories and I don’t go to sleep hungry.3

Smartfood popcorn comes in a variety of flavors.
I recently discovered sour cream and onion popcorn, it's like eating chips.1 -

Be aware that eating large amounts of watermelon at night could lead to getting up several times to release said water. This is why I stick with yogurt and banana at night.0
