    We will strive daily to stay focused on the goal of losing 50 pounds by New Years 2020. This challenge is mostly for those that have a large amount to lose. I personally have 120 to lose and I need a challenge that helps me stay focused. Weigh in weekly. Feel free to copy and paste weekly to update your weight.
