Keto and calories

I am thinking about going Keto. However I am very of my calorie intake.
Does anybody know how to properly figure out one's calories if on keto?

Yeah, like they said above, the calories don't change. You simply eat a different mix of macros. I would say if you don't understand how Keto is done, be very careful and do your research ahead of time as there are a few things of which you need to be aware, nutritionally.

Thank you. I was not sure if one's calories intake needed to be different on Keto.

No. All weight loss is driven by a calorie deficit and you lose no differently with the same deficit from one plan to the next. If you tell MFP you wish to lose 1 pound a week it will give you a daily goal that includes a 500 calorie deficit. Whether you eat keto or the twinkie diet if you stay in that goal you will lose weight.

The only advantage that keto provides is that for some all that fat is very satiating.
