Joining in. Day 1. I will define LNS as anythign I eat past 10pm as that is my 'go to' time...... as in its time to go to the cupboards or fridge or whatever. If I can stop that it'll be a great thing.

Ok, jumping in, started 8/18/19.
I define LNS as snack foods, chocolate, or high fat/carb after 7:30 pm. Fruits veggies and healthy popcorn allowed. I’ve set an alarm on my phone to remind me when it is 7:30 pm.

I am in. My definition of late night snacking is having a huge dinner without regard to calories, and any food that is unmeasured afterward. I get hone from work late and have been completely undisciplined lately.2
