Hi everyone. I'm new here to fitness pal. I started on my weight loss journey on June 10th 2011 at 265 pounds and I currently weigh 238 pounds. My goal is to be 120 by September 11 2012-that will be my second (and youngest's daughter's 20th birthday.) I try and do 3-30 minute sessions a day on my cycle machine. You can put it on the floor and cycle like you're pedaling a bike. Or put it on a tabletop and use it to exercise your arms. I found this web site in a magazine that I read.
