Ground turkey

Yellow bellpepper
Ground turkey
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cheese crumbles
Brown rice

Season ground turkey with garlic and onion seasoning
Add steamed bellpepper
Add cooked rice
Put cheese on top (to your liking)and bake on top

    I just made a dish with ground turkey today.

    Don't be fooled by name of dish. It can be any type potato you want. I wanted to use hashbrown patties but supermarket only had "way too many packs for one guy to use", so I got potatos obrien. It seemed to work. The turkey was in place of beef this time (no beef against beef, just wanted to do something different). Instead of cream of mushroom soup I used mushroon for cooking soup and I only seasoned with salt and pepper (basically because I forgot 🙄).

    It makes a lot, but freezer friendly

    Tater Tots Hotdish

    1 lb ground beef
    (Salt, pepper, celery seed, minced garlic to taste)
    1 small onion
    1 (1 lb) package tater tots
    (you probably won't use the whole package--I bought 2lb bag and used little over half, beware)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    (I picked Healthy Request & chose different types)
    1 bag mixed vegetables

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    brown the ground beef & onion and drain
    Spread the beef in the bottom of a 2 to 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
    spread vegetables over the meat.
    Using a rubber spatula, spread soup as is, over the top of the vegetables and meat.
    Arrange a layer of tater tots over the top of that.
