I am in. My definition of late night snacking is having a huge dinner without regard to calories, and any food that is unmeasured afterward. I get hone from work late and have been completely undisciplined lately.2

Not missing my usual after-dinner Milo beverage yet (bit like a hot chocolate) like I thought I would, substituting with a strawberry & rhubarb tea seems to be working so far for a sweet finish after dinner - & has 0 calories too ^^3 -

Ok, jumping in, started 8/18/19.
I define LNS as snack foods, chocolate, or high fat/carb after 7:30 pm. Fruits veggies and healthy popcorn allowed. I’ve set an alarm on my phone to remind me when it is 7:30 pm.
