I'll drop $20 for lunch but won't spend $20 for a package of new underwear until my old ones are like dental floss.

    I'll spend ~$60 on one meal for two in a restaurant, but think any grocery store item over $7-8 is crazy expensive.

    I will buy boots for $200-ish if I really love them but will not buy a book new and will request it for purchase at the library before even buying it used.

    I'll pay almost any amount for a concert ticket but won't go to a movie if it's over $10/person.
