nausea after eating breakfast

I am having constant nausea after breakfast every morning. I've tried not taking my vitamins to see if this would help, but it doesn't. I even have some vomit come into my mouth. This is getting very old. Any ideas?

If you're not pregnant, then I'm guessing you've tried changing what you eat for breakfast? The same thing was happening to me. It turned out I had a flax seed allergy and was adding a tablespoon of ground flax seed every morning to my yogurt.0

the only time i would get this was when i was prego. i would help it with toast. so i would just toast whole wheat bread. so whether i was eating cereal or eggs, i would finish with that piece of toast and it helped calm my stomach.0

I noticed you have milk every day (well, I didn't go back THAT far, but you did for all the days I looked at). Maybe try cutting that out or replacing it with lactose free or a substitute like almond milk (unsweetened almond milk is really really good, btw).
Sometimes, lactose intolerance can come on with age.0 -
this happens to me when i have to get up early. so i usually dont eat and make up for it later in the day0

Pregnant
Joking, but if I eat breakfast too early from when I get up, I feel sick and it really hurts my stomach.
Try having less sugar or milk or fat at breakfast, maybe your body can't break it down so well when you wake up.
Try dry or very lightly buttered toast.0 -

I thought I was lactose intollerant for a while, so I stopped drinking milk and eating cereal. I eventually started feeling nauseated after every meal, and it turned out to be my gall bladder. Is it only breakfast that gives you a problem?0

this used to happen to me, start off with a scrambled egg or two for breakfast.. it's easy on the stomach... After a week or so it with go away and you will wake up starving for breakfast! I used to not eat breakfast for the same exact reasons.. and now I can't live with out it0

I get this sometimes too. My doc says it's a bacterial imbalance in my system and recommended bio-yoghurt. Not a big yoghurt fan but a little seems to help.0

Sometimes general allergies will cause postnasal drip and when mucusand stuff get into your stomach, it can make you feel sick in the mornings. If this is the case, try drinking a lot of water and take some allergy medicine.0

Well, I'm not pregnant.
Thank you all SO much for all your replies.
I am going to try the yogurt first and then if no differences, removing milk from my diet. (adding yogurt is easier then cutting out milk, hence the order of trying!!!!)
Spaingirl2011: I am allergic to many things and I've been VERY sick from it lately and have a VERY runny nose, that could defiantly have something to do with it. I have started taking homeopathic allergy tables today!
Thanks again All!0
