HSW: 266 just got a new scale and it said I was alot heavier than my old one did!
Interim GW: 199
Challenge GW: 240's in the next month or 215 to be down 50 lbs
Current Weight: 262.2 (9/8)
I weigh daily and will post any progress
9/23 - 261.6 This is significant in that this the weight my old scale was weighing me at consistently when it totally failed and I got the new scale that weighed me higher and seemed to go up everytime I stepped on it. I stopped that and turned it around. However I had gotten down to 258.something on the old scale so that is my goal for the week.
9/24 - 261 I need to keep to the plan
10/6 - back from a cruise and didn't gain much from my weight when I left (262), glad I posted today since it made me realize that I had gotten down to 261. I forgot that. I plan to get past that soon.0 -

Goals:
1) getting down - 215 - will want to go clothes shopping (I hope to be down a size)
2) get below 200, like 190-195 (so on fluctuation days I never see the 2 again) reward - high tea with bff
3) major goal = 175 - clothes shopping in Cherating!
4) UGW: 133
It's slow and steady right now. I want it to stay that way. I think I can start hitting more goals this year.
I am taking it one day at a time - so thanks for all the inspirational stories, and all the support.

25/09 - 199.2 lbs ... still in ONDERLAND!
02/10 - 199.8 lbs .. overall have been going down, this morning was a bump. I feel frustrated ... but this is about the LONG RUN.
09/10 - 200.8 lbs ...

Goal weight: 140 (Hoping to get there in 2 years, but if it takes 10, I don't really care anymore.)
Hit rock bottom, still kinda hanging out there, but getting more and more health problems, so here's to trying to get back on this train. Never been below 150 as an adult (I honestly haven't spent much time below 180 in the past either), so it would be kinda neat to make goal. Don't feel a ton of motivation or excitement at present, but maybe that's OK. Have to start somewhere/sometime.0 -

I’m always breaking my weight loss into little chunks. There are random weights that I remember really well. My next short term goal is 235. Then after that it’s 212. I vividly remember being 212 and thinking I was so fat. Now I’d love to be that weight again. After 212 it’s time to enter Onederland. I haven’t thought much about mini goals past that.0 -
