Changed my Goal

I changed my goal to MFP to lose .5 lbs a week, so my calorie goal is now 1600 a day, I usually earn 200-500 calories a day with working out and the gym. I'm hoping this helps!

What did you need help with? Don't get me wrong it is often extremely wise to drop your rate of loss and increase your calories but what problem are you trying to solve?1

Sounds like a practical goal!
Weightloss with a long term plan and goal and a calorie limit that's healthy and doable, I believe is key!0 -

How long have you been trying to lose? What did you change to .5 pound per week from? What problems were you facing?
