I’m doing this challenge in conjunction with superfood75 squat/lunge challenge for the month of September anyone is welcome to join!

Yea will be feeling it, but those lunges though😖 i like to think my legs are strong but those kill me!!1

Im thinking by then i will be splitting it up, maybe spread it out over 2-3 wrk outs through the day, just gotta avoid DOMS!1

Missed yesterday due to golf but I did walk the course so I still got extra in. Got day 3 done today will do 4/5 tomorrow and then I’ll be caught up...2

6 and half of 7! I gotta stay on point from here out cause aint no way I can keep doin extra to catch up, tomorrow will be brutal!! Stay strong friends and keep at it!1
