Don't beat yourself up. In the long term a few steps back won't derail your weight loss. You'll do better tomorrow and the day after and so on... Just do't give up. Are you following your MFP guidelines? You may be too aggressive with your deficit. The process does work. Just don't try to rush it along. This is a marathon not a sprint. Good luck and stay focused...

Try logging into your food diary a few days in advance. That really helped me in the beginning. I wake up, weigh myself, and my day is already planned food-wise.

If I want to eat something additional, I look to see if I have the calories available. If not, I don't eat it.

It not only keeps me disciplined, I'm also excited about the meals I've prelogged. Instead of being stressed out about food, I'm looking forward to my meals.

This method worked so well for me when I started 3 months ago, I still do it. ☺
