Need support today

Needing support today. I am attending a memorial service for dear friend and need help with emotional eating during repast. Then a big birthday celebration with tons of delicious Indian food.
I plan to be careful but...

    Mmmm, Indian food. That's my favorite. Just set a reasonable amount of calories to eat for the day and stick to it. If you set a goal of 2000 - 3000 calories, you can eat a whole pile of food if you put some thought into it. You can feel full and not feel a bit of guilt at the same time. I'm sure you will be fine...
