Treadmill and weights

Should I just stick to the treadmill for my workouts right off, or should I incorporate weights as well? Starting back at the gym.

Incorporate weights, but not at the same time you are on the treadmill. Wait until the belt stops.6

Incorporate weights and do them BEFORE the treadmill if you are doing both during the same gym session.1
